1) Distribution of decrees for March 1802: On the dismissal of the Vyatka governor secret advisor Latyshev and on the appointment of the Vladimir civil governor secret advisor Runich; on the appointment by the Vladimir civil governor the current state adviser to Prince Ivan Dolgorukov; on the command to Stalmeister Tutolmin to attend the Senate; On allowing children of college assessor Pavel Shishkin and Major General Alexei Pushkin, born before marriage, to accept the name of the father. At the end of the text, the date of distribution: April 18th day of 1802. 2) Distribution of decrees for April 1802: On the appointment of a full state adviser, Ivan Repyev, as Irkutsk civil governor; On the appointment of the Irkutsk military and civilian governor as Lieutenant General Lebedev; On the appointment of the court adviser Pavel Baykov as chief secretary of the 1st Department of the Senate. The text is printed on one side of the page. At the end of the text, the date of distribution: May 14, 1802. 3) Distribution of decrees for May 1802: On the restoration of state-owned cities of different provinces. The text is printed on both sides of the paper. At the end of the text, the date of distribution: May 23, 1802. There are handwritten notes on each page on the direction of decrees to the Vitebsk provincial board and the Vitebsk main court, on the date of receipt, deportation, as well as the signatures of secretaries and registrars.
