Events that occurred immediately after the abdication of Nicholas II - 3 telegrams, dated March 2-9, 1917. Tiflis - Petrograd. By order of the Army and Navy on the military ranks of March 11, 1917, Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich, Commander-in-Chief of the Guards Cavalry, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Ural and Kuban Cossack Troops, was relieved of his post because of his petition to relieve the Supreme Command and to dismiss him from service.
