Three-sided gold edge, peacock feather endpapers. On the lids there is a gold-embossed heraldic super ex-libris of the Empress Maria Feodorovna - a double-headed eagle with two small shields superimposed on its chest: on the right - the Russian state emblem, on the left - Württemberg. Both emblems are surrounded by the ribbon and the order of St. Catherine. On the flyleaf there is a paper bookplate of the Pavlovsk Palace Library.
