After receiving private artistic training between 1910 and 1918, she emigrated to Germany in the 1920s and continued her studies in Dresden from 1931 to 1933. Settling in Sweden in 1945, she exhibited regularly, including a solo exhibition at the Lyceum Club in Stockholm in 1950.
