signed in Cyrillic ‘Kogan’ (lower right) oil on board 38.4 x 49.8 cm Born on 28 June 1950 in Kyiv. Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1974). Painted landscapes, still lives, and thematic paintings in a realistic style. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1998).
