Drawings, text and design by Damilo Romero. Pocket containing 18 plates. 32,5 x 49,5 cm Painter, poet and art historian, born in Mesopotamia in Argentina, where he spent his early years. In Argentina, he founded the journals 'Pachacamac' and 'Tiempo di America', publications concerned with aesthetic theory and research into the roots of Indian America in the context of Western art. In Paris, he was responsible for publications at the Latin American Institute of International Relations. Danilo Romero has lived and worked in Paris since 1964, where he participates in research into contemporary art, having held numerous exhibitions in Europe (Grand Palais, Centre Pompidou, Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris) and America.
