Probably the manuscript of a speech. Rare Victor Dvortchak Archivist, journalist, politician. Nationalist. Sentenced to death in Czechoslovakia, escaped to Hungary, where he was elected to the National Assembly (in 1920). Published the fortnightly "La Slovaquie: bulletin du Conseil national slovaque", Paris (1921-1935). Vice-President of the Slovak National Council, Geneva (in 1938). Also wrote in French.
