Lvov, known as Lvovo or Borovoye, was built in 1913–1914 to the designs of Semyon Petrovich Ivanov for the millionaire oil industrialist and financier Georgy Lvov, a director of the Neft Company. Following the Revolution, the estate served a variety of institutional purposes, initially as a home for orphaned children, later as a branch of the Krasny Val health resort, and from 1940 as a holiday home for the NKVD. Today, the estate houses a sanatorium. Upon the buyer’s request, we are pleased to provide a general condition report for the Lot described above.
