Model ‘Callot’, created in 1925
Venezian-style decoration with an upper frieze gilded in 24K gold on a vermiculated ground. The flared bowl is decorated with gilt foliate scrolls applied by wheel engraving and polychrome enamelled floral motifs in slight relief. Clear crystal stem, circular foot with a double gilt band.

Pre-1936 production, a period during which Saint-Louis used paper hydrosoluble labels instead of engraved signatures. The ‘Callot’ model is a reference piece of the glasshouse’s gilded decorative repertoire.
