Pyotr Maksimilianovich Dulskiy (1879–1956) was a teacher, art historian, museum professional, publisher and artist, as well as a specialist in the history of the book and book art and a bibliophile. One of the founders of the Kazan Bibliographic Circle of Friends of the Book and co-editor of its journal Kazanskiy bibliofil. At his initiative and under his editorship appeared the first Soviet periodical devoted to museum studies, Kazanskiy muzeynyy vestnik.
