The first edition of this collection of over 250 cocktails by ‘Jimmy’ from the legendary club, Ciro’s. Ciro Capozzi founded the first Ciro’s bar in Monaco around 1892, located next to the Café Riche in the Galerie Charles III, and it quickly attracted high society thanks to its elegant service and strategic location. In 1911, he sold the name to an English consortium, which opened Ciro’s in Deauville, followed by the Paris branch in 1912 and the London branch in 1915. The London Ciro’s was a trendy establishment, counting Harry McElhone (author of The ABC of Cocktails) among its bartenders.
