Executed in Los Angeles during the production of Exile on Main Street
Taken in 1972, this portrait of Mick Jagger was made by Norman Seeff while working with The Rolling Stones on the visual development of Exile on Main Street. Then newly established in Los Angeles, Seeff had been commissioned to photograph the band.
