Founded in 1775 in Sheffield by Jonathan Mappin, Mappin & Webb began as a silversmithing workshop dedicated to creating high-quality silverware. Thanks to its craftsmanship, the company quickly expanded and gained international recognition, earning Royal Warrants and working for monarchs around the world. Since 1897, Mappin & Webb has been the official silversmith to British sovereigns. Today, the company continues this legacy as a jeweller, goldsmith, and silversmith serving the King of the United Kingdom.
