signed 'F. Volkov' (lower left) watercolor on paper 66 х 35 cm Fyodor Volkov (2nd half of the 19th century - 1st half of the 20th century) was a Russian graphic artist. He participated in the activities of the Society of Russian watercolourists. In the 1920s took part in exhibitions of the group 'Life - Creativity' in Moscow. His works are represented in the Sevastopol Picture Gallery and the State Museum 'Rostov Kremlin'
