In a late owner's binding. Ornamental gold embossing on the front board, endpapers made of satin. The publisher’s illustrated cover by St. Rzhetsky is preserved. In good condition. The front cover and title page reinforced with paper along the spine, occasional stains and soiling. A collection of poetic parodies presenting the same simple plots in chronological sequence from the perspective of different writers. First published in 1925 by the Kharkov publishing house Kosmos, the collection was reprinted three more times in the following years. Includes parodic works by A. Blok, A. Bely, V. Hoffman, I. Severyanin, V. Mayakovsky, D. Bedny, A. Vertinsky, S. Yesenin, V. Bryusov, K.D. Balmont, and many others.
