Engraved sheet, impression of the state seal. Handwritten signature of Emperor Alexander II, certified by the signature of War Minister Nikolai Onufrievich Sukhozanet (1794–1871). In good condition. Fold marks, pencil inscriptions on the verso. Pavel Petrovich Ushakov (1819–1873) – Major General (1858). He was married to Anastasia Iosifovna, née Koni, in her first marriage Gubina (1824–1902), widow of the owner of the Serginsky-Ufaley mining plants. As the guardian of his wife's minor children, Ushakov became the de facto owner of the Ural plants.
