Pavel Petrovich Ushakov (1819–1873) – Major General (1858). He was married to Anastasia Iosifovna, née Koni, in her first marriage Gubina (1824–1902), widow of the owner of the Serginsky-Ufaley mining plants. As the guardian of his wife's minor children, Ushakov became the de facto owner of the Ural plants.
