Describes a walk in the mountains, asks to kiss Mademoiselle Dunker. Charlotte Dunker was the first governess of Grand Duchess Olga Nikolayevna, who was succeeded in 1836 by A.A. Okulova. Maria Nikolayevna (1819-1876) was a daughter of Emperor Nicholas I and sister of Alexander II, first owner of the Mariinsky Palace in St Petersburg. Married to the Duke of Leuchtenberg. She was President of the Imperial Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg. Olga Nikolayevna (1822-1892) was a daughter of Emperor Nicholas I and Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, wife of Charles I, King of Wurttemberg. She was chief (honorary commander) of Yelisavetgrad 3rd Hussar Regiment of the Russian Army from 1 January 1845 to 24 October 1892
