1 p.; 20,5x16 cm. The author informs us that on 2 April he received a letter from the tsar about uniforms and money for a battalion arriving in St Petersburg. He asks the tsar to be granted the inheritance of his uncle’s villages, which his grandfather had received for his service, to forfeit them.
