Court monologies or calendars were printed annually and, as a rule, were published in the month
of December of the previous year. Their main content and purpose were determined by information
about the persons who served at the court. Court staff, lists of all holders of Russian orders, Russian
Ministers in foreign States and foreign ones in Russia, senior members of colleges, governors, etc.
