The first on the left is the heir to the throne, the future Emperor Nicholas II. Next to him there are Grand Duke Georgy Alexandrovich, Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna, Grand Duchess Ksenia Alexandrovna. Sitting: Empress Maria Feodorovna and Emperor Alexander III, Grand Duke Mikhail Alexandrovich.It is believed that this is the last photo with the Emperor Alexander III.
