ISAAC MASSA (1587-?) Map of Russia

46 x 56 cm. Engraving with an etching, authentic coloring with watercolors, circa 1633. Isaac Massa, a Dutch merchant and traveler, was living in Russia from 1601 to 1609, then repeatedly until 1634. Published the book «Moscow turmoil» in 1610. The Map comes from an Atlas published by Johannes Jansonius in Amsterdam in 1647.
