Miller Yevgeny Karlovich (1867-1939) - Russian military leader, Lieutenant General; head of the White movement in Northern Russia in 1919-1920, commander-in-chief of all land and sea armed forces of Russia (Northern Army), fighting against the Soviet government at the Northern front. Was kidnapped in Paris and taken by the agents of the NKVD to Moscow, convicted and executed.
