ICON «OUR LADY OF VLADIMIR».

Central Russia, XIX century. Wood (2 ark boards), gesso ground, gold leaf, tempera. Size: 32X27 cm. Safety: after restoration, the faces and clothes are partially renewed. Despite later interventions, the icon acquired an expositional «taste» and preserved the original color and exquisite splendor of a particularly revered Orthodox image.
