With six engraved portraits on separate sheets: Catherine II, Peter III, Grigory Orlov, Stanislav Poniatovsky, Paul I, Grigory Potemkin. In semi-leather bindings of the epoch with gold lettering on the spines. Minor scuffs of bindings, fox stains, loss of the title page (Vol. 2). The book was released almost immediately after the death of Catherine the Great on November 6, 1796. The author of the work is considered to be Jean Henri Castera (1749-1838).
