‘Vserossiiskaia memuarnaia biblioteka: Seriya 'Nashe nedavnee'’ ['All-Russian Memoir Library: Series ‘Our Recent Past’] was a series founded by A.I. Solzhenitsyn and published by YMCA-Press (Paris). From 1995 onward, the series has been continued by the publishing house ‘Russkii put’ (‘Russian Way’).
The series was based on memoir manuscripts of Russian émigrés who responded to Solzhenitsyn’s appeal (published in the émigré press) to record and preserve personal recollections.
