Igor’ Vladimirovich Chinnov (1909–1996) was a Russian poet, essayist and memoirist. In 1948 he was initiated into Freemasonry in the Russian Paris lodge ‘Astrea’ No. 500 of the Grand Lodge of France. He was regarded by some critics as ‘the foremost poet of the Russian émigration’ after the death of Georgiy Ivanov.
