Frontispiece with profile silhouette of a nymph (Anna Alekseevna Gorodetskaya, née Kozel’skaya, the poet’s wife, actress and poet, writing under the pseudonym ‘Nimfa Bel-kon’-Lyubomirskaya’). Good condition. Staining and foxing to the wrappers, tears along the spine, wrappers detached. A contemporary dedicatory inscription on the first flyleaf: ‘Gostepriimnoy khozyayke, mnogouvazhaemoy Elizavete Gavrilovne v den’ poslednego sobraniya 19 24/IV 19 [podpis’ nerazb.]’.
