– 193 p., [7] p. ill.; 23x15 cm. In publisher's paperback cover. Very good condition. Minor scuffing on the cover. 'The history of the military organization created and led by General A.P. Kutepov consists of two parts. The first part, from 1922 to early April 1927, was an attempt by Kuteyev's followers to infiltrate Russia and establish a foothold there in order to actively fight against the communist dictatorship that had enslaved their homeland, and the opposition to this attempt by the Chekists and their tool, the so-called Trust. The second part, from July 1927 to the kidnapping of A.P. Kutepov in Paris on January 26, 1930, was marked by several successful military operations on Russian territory and the death of most of the participants...'. (from the author's preface). Sergei Lvovich Voitsekhovsky (1900-1984) was a publicist and social activist of the White émigré community. The book includes memoirs and documents, testimonies of participants in events related to General Kutepov's armed struggle against the Bolsheviks on the one hand and the activities of the 'Trust,' a provocative organization called the 'Monarchist Union of Russia,' on the other. The Trust's activities resulted in the deaths of many Russian White Army officers, including Generals Miller and Kutepov. First edition.
