Nikolai Mikhailovich Zernov (1898-1980) was a Russian philosopher, theologian, researcher of Orthodox culture, public figure of the Russian emigration, and writer.
Militsa Vladimirovna Zernova (née Lavrova; 1899-1994) was a doctor of medicine, dentist, religious figure, icon painter, and wife of philosopher and theologian N.M. Zernov.
The chronicle of the Zernov family consists of the memoirs of six of its members, describing events that took place over half a century in various countries of the Russian diaspora. All members of the Zernov family were well-known active participants in the cultural and social life of Russian emigration.
