In-folio in a printed chemise illustrated with a drawing by Utrillo, hardback chemise with title printed in blue, and publisher’s cloth slipcase 38.5x28.5cm Mainly illustrated by Utrillo, 12 gouaches off-text, also with reproductions by artists of the period.
