Count Charles-André Pozzo di Borgo (1764-1842) was a French and later Russian military and political figure of Corsican origin, a distant relative and sworn enemy of Napoleon. He held the post of Russian ambassador to France longer than anyone else in history (1814–1835). From 1835 to 1839, he headed the Russian embassy in London.
