Vhernier brooch ‘Palloncino’ made in 18k yellow gold depicting a balloon set with lapis lazuli and rock crystal whose rope is paved with brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.20 ct. Hallmarks : ‘Vhernier’ ‘750’ italian maker’s mark approximately 7.8 x 2 cm gross weight : 11.5 gr.
