Alexander Yevgenyevich Yakovlev (1887-1938) was a Russian painter, graphic artist, master of drawing, theatrical decorator, and one of the leading painters and draftsmen in Russian art of the first third of the 20th century, representing neoclassical tendencies within the modernist movement. He lived in Paris from 1919.
