Wear on the cover, tears on the spine, creases on corners. Partially faded stamp "Signalny ekzemplyar" [Review Copy] and owner's inscription on the title page.
"Antony i Cleopatra" is a translation of William Shakespeare's play "Antony and Cleopatra" by Boris Pasternak. Published by Goslitizdat in 1944, it features engraved frontispiece and woodcut illustrations by the artist M. Pikov. Despite some wear and tear, the book is in overall good condition.
Pasternak Boris Leonidovich (1890-1960) was a Russian poet, writer, and one of the greatest poets of the 20th century. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1958.
