The edition was dedicated to the anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. 18 sheets of illustrations were created by artists Kseniya Leonidovna Boguslavskaya (1892-1971), Vladimir Ivanovich Kozlinsky (1891-1967), Sergey Nikolaevich Makletsov, and Ivan Albertovich Puni (1892-1956). "This folder developed in the future into a full revolutionary poster. For us, the main thing is the 'Rosta windows of satire' (V. Mayakovsky, 'Not Just Memories')."
