French photographer, publisher and film-maker.
In 1976, with Gérard-Georges Lemaire, he founded the "Terra Incognita" publishing house, followed in 1977 by "Images Nuit Blanche", where photography is combined
with text. Prints rarely exceed fifty and are presented in portfolios produced entirely by
François Lagarde himself.
