Count Nikolai Alexandrovich Adlerberg (1844-1904) - Major General; second son of Count A.V. Adlerberg (1818-1888), Minister of the Imperial Court of Alexander II. He was a graduate of the Corps of Pages, an officer of the Preobrazhensky Regiment. Participant in the Russian-Turkish War of 1877-1878: was awarded the Golden Gun "For Bravery", for Shipka - the Order of St George, 4th Class. Since 1884 - Major General.
