Louis Octave Maxime Le Verrier, more commonly known as Max Le Verrier, and also known by the pseudonym Artus, was a French sculptor, a pioneer of the Parisian Art Deco movement, creating decorative art objects often made in bronze and mounted on Italian marble bases, as well as historical sculptures.
