Pyotr Otsup (1883–1963) was a Soviet photojournalist, photographed many historic events including the Russo-Japanese War, 1905 Russian Revolution, October Revolution in 1917, World War I and Russian Civil War. He was the only photojournalist that took pictures of the Second Congress of Soviets and from 1918 to 1935 he was the official Kremlin’s photographer.
