Vladimir Konstantinovich Pilkin (1869-1950) - Russian Rear Admiral, member of
the White movement. During the civil war, he was a naval Minister in the North
-Western government. Associate of General N.N. Yudenich. In exile, the Chairman
of the Cabin company of Russian naval officers in Nice.
